Harvest Manager is a tool to manage data extraction results.

DataScraper stores results onto the DataStore server in form of XML documents. The result files are classified into three categories as follows:

• new result files: are stored in the folder uploadfiles waiting for further manipulation.
• files after indexing: After having be indexed, which is initiated via Index Manager, the files are moved from folder uploadfiles into folder indexedfiles.
• files after backed-up: After the files have been backed up and stored locally, they are moved from folder uploadfiles to folder exportedfiles.

Wherever the files are stored, they are stored in sub-folders named by theme's name.

In the current release, when performing backup operation, operator can not select in which folder the files should be backed.
