GooSeeker

Cited in term Bucket, a Bean is made up of many Properties which hold data snippets extracted from a Web page and which annotate them semantically. Every property has a name for annotating the semantics, such as blog owner's Name, Sex and Email Address. The property names are stored in Data Extraction Result Files(DERF) as XML tags which are meta data of the extraction results.

Besides the name of a property, there are a few attributes to decorate the semantics of the property and to direct MetaSeeker on how to handle the property properly. All the attributes are described in detail in MetaStudio Senior User's Handbook.
