Compared to V2.0, the performance of MetaSeeker Toolkit Online V3.x is greatly improved since the core of MetaStudio has been implemented in form of C++ XPCOM components which can be viewed with an XPCOM component viewer. The names of MetaSeeker's components are prefixed with "@gooseeker.com". The cost of improving performance is losing the capability of cross-platform deployment of MetaStudio. So users should discriminate between different packages when downloading and installing the toolkit. In the next chapter, a matching matrix is presented.

The layout of MetaStudio's GUI is a bit complex, so the display resolution is better above 1280X1024 to present it wholely. There are two columes left and right. It is best presented on a wide screen, e.g. the horizontal resolution being 1680 or above. If the vertical resolution is below 1024, the embedded Web browser, laid in the bottom colume, would be in too small size. Unfortunately, the width of the browser cannot be adjusted manually.

In contrast, DataScraper Enterprise V3.x has not special requirements on display resolution. 1280X1024 or above is recommended. DataScraper still run properly if the resolution would be below the recommended one while the target pages cannot be viewed entirely.
